Mumbai, August, 4, 2011:- India’s first and only direct-to-investor mutual fund, Quantum Mutual Fund, is now also India’s First Mutual Fund to offer investors a safe and secure Paperless online platform to invest in its products and is towards its way to provide online investment easier and convenient for its valued investors.

Facilities

1. Paperless/ No signatures required.

2. Online transaction is secured.

3. Online validation of KYC

4. Online Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) & other facilities

5. Payment through Net-banking, NEFT/RTGS & even Debit Cards

Quantum Mutual fund has developed a process where the investor need not get into the hassle of paperwork - filling in long application form, signing the form, visiting the collection centers and waiting to submit the form or couriering the form even when investing for the First Time in the Mutual Fund for opening his Folio. Investments can be made using the Online Platform though Net Banking facility offered by the listed 48 banks or by way of RTGS / NEFT facility offered by any of the Bank. Existing Investors can also use Visa Debit Card of 27 banks to make online investments.

Quantum Mutual Fund has taken initiatives to reduce paper wastage–choose the convenient and environment friendly method of investing without filling and signing any Paper Forms. Quantum Mutual Fund has started its online initiatives that can help an Investor invest in its simple products directly while at all times provide a transparent breakdown of the Fund’s expenses. While the Online Investment Process was made easier and paperless for the investors earlier, the Fund is now offering an Online SIP facility effective from 1st August, 2011. Investors can build long term financial goals conveniently and dedicatedly by making SIP payments towards their fund in small denominations through the 24 banks (7 more in process), from the comfort of their home in a secured environment.

According to Mr. Jimmy A Patel, CEO, Quantum Asset Management Company “This move of launching “online revamped platform for investors” will be the game changer for the Mutual Fund industry. And with this anyone who is KYC compliant can invest in a Mutual Fund for long term wealth creation, by opting to invest online without submission of any forms or papers or signatures. Using our Online SIP Module, a Quantum Mutual Fund Investor can now enjoy the benefits of value averaging without signing and submitting any ECS or Bank Auto Debit Forms while the KYC currently is validated online”. Adding to this Jimmy Patel Said “we have also been in talks for online validation for UID Adhar which creates more avenues for KYC validation”

In addition to online SIP, the online platform also offers Online STP and Online SWP. The Online STP facility enables investors to invest regularly at a defined interval from one scheme to another scheme and again without any paperwork. This is a brilliant option if investor wants to have some sort of liquidity while making the most of the equity run. The investor can invest in a Liquid Fund and then gradually transfer investments into an Equity product. And the Online SWP facility enables investor to redeem investments regularly at a defined interval. Investors can choose to regularly withdraw a fixed sum from the investment value. It`s just like declaring yourself a dividend whenever investor needs one.

For using the online investment platform with Quantum Mutual Fund, investors will not be charged any extra fees while purchasing or redeeming from any of its scheme.. While Investors can currently manage multiple Folios, check portfolio valuations using the Online Platform, efforts are on to provide seamless features to enable any Investor to conduct any transaction, understand his financial health and plan his asset allocation accordingly.

All the above efforts culminate in freeing an Investor from cumbersome paperwork. He just need to identify the amount and the scheme he wish to invest in and he then has to take the first step to wealth creation by investing in India`s only direct-to-investor mutual fund and that too at the simple click of a button on www.QuantumAMC.com.
