Quantum AMC has been approved by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), India to act as the Asset Management Company of Quantum Mutual Fund, a mutual fund registered with SEBI. At present neither Quantum AMC or nor Quantum Mutual Fund has been registered under any Securities Law or with any regulatory or other authority in any other country or jurisdiction and the Service provided is only for the information of any person in any jurisdiction where it may be lawful to offer such a Service. All transactions conducted with use of this password will be the responsibility of the user and the user will abide by the record of the transactions generated. Quantum AMC and the ISC / Registrar and Transfer Agent shall not accept any responsibility for the unauthorised use of the password. User shall bear all responsibility of keeping the password secure and in the event that Quantum AMC or any other third party incurs any liability as a result of the password being used by third parties, or due to improper use of the password, the User shall, without limitation, be responsible for and bear all such liability.
If the User violates any term of this Terms of Use, Quantum AMC may terminate the User`s access to this Web -Site, without waiving any other rights. The User would continue to remain liable for any liabilities that may have arisen before the termination.
