Modes to invest amidst prevailing situation

In view of prevailing situation due to the spread of COVID-19 and keeping in mind the well - being of our investor's and employees all our branch offices will be closed until further notice and will not be accepting offline transaction requests. However investors can invest online.

For your seamless investing experience with us, we have mentioned below the various modes that are alternatively available to invest.


Through www.QuantumMF.com you can place a request for Purchase, Redemption, Switch, SIP registration/cancellation, STP registration/cancellation and SWP registration/cancellation. You can also view your account details, transaction details, and asset class wise summary of their investments, estimated capital gains and exit load calculations, change their Email Id and mobile number and view/download their Statement of Account(s) Online etc.
Our invest online section allows various commercial and noncommercial transaction facilities.


You can login to your play store using your android phone and download the Quantum Mutual Fund - Smart Invest app and transact with ease in various funds of Quantum AMC.


You can send the WhatsAPP transaction request to the Mobile Number +91-9243 22 3863 subject to the sender fulfilling the terms and conditions as prescribed by the AMC. Transaction requests sent to any other Mobile Number will not be accepted. The AMC will make a confirmation / verification call to you on registered Mobile Number / Telephone / Contact Number through recorded line to confirm / verify the Transaction Request.


For Financial Transactions, you must send an email to [email protected] and mention your folio number, scheme name & option, amount / units to purchase / redeem / switch, mode of payment etc.

For Non-Financial Transactions like change of email, change of mobile no. etc. you must send the email to [email protected].


You can login to your DEMAT cum Trading account and buy units or start an SIP in your choice of Quantum Mutual Fund or you can get in touch with a SEBI registered Broker or Trading Member and open a new DEMAT account as well as Trading account. If you already have an existing DEMAT account say for holding of your securities, same account can be used for holding mutual fund units in DEMAT form also.

Note: broker should have obtained AMFI Registration Number (ARN) from Association of Mutual Funds of India (AMFI).
You will not get any kind of confirmation or account statement from the respective MUTUAL FUND or AMC for the units bought.

NSE has started an online order collection system specially for transacting in Mutual Funds called as MFSS.

Due to increasing COVID-19 cases, we encourage our investors to avoid using offline mode of transactions and use the above mentioned modes instead.
