Pursuant to SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/IMD/DF2/CIR/P/2020/175 dated September 17, 2020 read with circular no. Non-Business Day – September 08, 2025, Id-E-Milad (QLF & QDBF) and Redemption payout of 5th September 2025 & 8th September 2025. 5th September 2025 will be treated as a “Restricted Transaction Day” for All Schemes.

Due to Id-E-Milad, September 08, 2025 (Monday) will be a non-business day for QLF & QDBF schemes of Quantum Mutual Fund. Redemption payouts under all schemes, scheduled for this date, will be deferred to the next business day i.e., September 09, 2025 (Tuesday). Also please note that, Redemption payout for all Schemes payable on 5th Sept 2025 will be deferred to next Business day i.e. September 09, 2025.
Also note that 5th September 2025 will be treated as a “Restricted Transaction Day” for All Schemes.
