We would like to bring to your notice that our flagship fund has undergone a slight name change. Here’s a quick update on the change that has taken place:

What was the change?
In accordance with the SEBI circular dated October 06, 2017 for Categorization and Rationalization of Mutual Fund Scheme, the change in the name of the Quantum Long Term Equity Fund scheme has been approved by the Board of Directors of Quantum Trustee Company Private Limited. The name of our flagship fund - Quantum Long Term Equity Fund (QLTEF) stands changed to Quantum Long Term Equity Value Fund (QLTEVF). We have welcomed this change as we are and have always been following the value style of investing since our inception in 2006. Our investment philosophy or strategy has not changed since then and will not in the foreseeable future!

Nothing else about the Quantum Long Term Equity Value Fund has changed. The complete transparency we offer, the convenience of Investing Online without any paperwork and of course our:

• Disciplined research and investment process.
• Building a well balanced portfolio – typically 25 to 40 stocks, across sectors.
• Having a low portfolio turnover which helps in keeping the expense ratio low.
• Holding cash when stocks are overvalued – No derivatives and No hedging.

What should you do?
Absolutely nothing! Only the name of the fund has changed and nothing else at all. There are no changes in the fundamental attributes of our flagship fund. Everything else about our fund remains the same. Hence there will be no impact on your returns in any way whatsoever! You can simply continue investing as you have been doing since the beginning, remaining focused on building your long-term wealth with us.☺
