Jimmy's Vision

I am an IFA. I want to expand my business by hiring sub-brokers. What could be the process for that and what could be the AMFI fee?

With regard to your query, we wish to inform you that AMFI is not an entity through which you can appoint sub-brokers under your ARN code.  AMFI does not maintain any sub-broker related files for the record. Hence, do not have to pay any fees to AMFI for the process of appointing sub-brokers.

For the sub-broker to be registered with AMFI to get an ARN code, one has to successfully clear the NISM Series V Mutual Fund certification. The sub-broker you appoint, must be an ARN holder.

Once you appoint a sub-broker, he can mention your ARN code and his/her own ARN code (sub-broker code) while conducting business across AMC’s.
